Edward: Hello, my name's Edward Green. I would like to speak to Mr. Smith, please.
Secretary: Oh, I'm sorry but Mr.Smith isn't available.
Edward: OK, I'll ring back. Does Mr. Smith have a direct line?
Secretary: I'm sorry, but the number is confidential.
Edward: Ok. Thank you.
Jenny: It's very difficult to speak to Mr. Smith.
Edward: Yes. I know.
Telephone answer: Good morning, RUIJ Advertising.
Telephone answer: What company are you from, please?
Don: Bibery Systems.
Telephone answer: I'll put you through.
Telephone answer: Phil Watson's phone.
Don: Good morning. Can I talk to Phil, please?Telephone answer: Can I ask who is calling, please?
Don: Don Bradley from Bibery Systems.
